Our Commitment
Sarasota Coastal Credit Union is committed to protecting the security of our members' personal information, including when it is transmitted online. Therefore, Coastal PB, our internet banking service, and our other online services utilize advanced Internet security technology to protect your personal financial information against unauthorized access. Sarasota Coastal Credit Union will never request personal information via e-mail or pop-up windows. Even with our robust security system in place, there are additional steps you can take to further protect your financial and personal information.

What are Cookies?
A "cookie" is a small file placed on your computer's hard drive by the Web server. Cookies can only be read by the Web server that sent the cookie to your browser, and they cannot be used to retrieve any personal information, your email address or personal information stored on your computer. How Sarasota Coastal Credit Union Uses Cookies

Therefore, you should refrain from sending any confidential or private information via email to Sarasota Coastal Credit Union. We will not ask you to send confidential information to us via email, such as your logon ID, password, account numbers, or Social Security number. Occasionally, we will retain the content of your email and our replies to confirm proper responses to your questions/requests, to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and to ensure the consistent delivery of our extraordinary member service.

Children's Information

Personal Information
Personally identifiable information such as information you provide to us on contact forms, online applications, or online banking may be collected on the sccu.org website. Examples of this type of information include your name, address, social security number and account balances.
